These three assets will help you improve your lead conversion.

Lead generation is not lead conversion. I’m sure you already know that, but it bears repeating because people often forget. Here are the three things you must have in order to convert leads to cash:

1. Understand that the vast majority of internet leads are just leads. They’re not business… yet. However, today’s leads are more valuable than the leads of days past because we get them into our system earlier.

2. A follow-up system. This will automate the things that are most important to get a lead into the conversion process. We give them what they want, not what we want them to want. Over time, giving them what they want will fill our pipeline up with good leads of all shapes and sizes. What do they want? Helpful content and information we can share to help educate them about the market and real estate in general.

3. A robust CRM. This will take all of your leads, put them in one place, and help you engage with them regularly. Plugging your leads into a system helps keep leads organized and gives you a much higher chance of conversion.
