I find it helpful to approach these unprecedented times the same way we’d address the last quarter of the year. Think about it: So many agents take that last chunk of the year off, starting around Thanksgiving, and their business comes to a halt. They let the natural market slowdown during the holidays discourage them, but just as I caution those agents to never stop filling their pipelines, I urge agents now to keep reaching out to people. The key, of course, is to not blatantly push anything; we’re just touching base to genuinely ask how folks are doing and if we can be of assistance.
